Shipping and Returns Policy

• We offer free shipping for all orders within Kenya.

• Shipping for physical products is done on a weekly basis, every Wednesday of the week.

• Shipping usually takes 3 – 10 days, depending on your location. 

• Please note that if your order contains several items, they may be packaged and delivered separately. 

• We do not ship to countries outside of Kenya at the moment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 

First, if you are considering refunds and returning a product, you likely purchased the said product from Us. That means we are grateful for supporting Our small business. And nothing makes us happy than a happy customer working towards their financial success. As such, we strive to do our best to deliver amazing products and customer experience. That said, here are a few important things you might want to know;

• We do not accept Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and or Refunds for Digital and Instant Download products. If you have a problem with such an order, please contact us at info@enidkathambi.com  

• We are more than happy to offer an exchange, replacement or refund of the amount paid for the said physical product. You may return the said physical products within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.   

• We only accept products that are in bad condition due to shipping and not due to dissatisfaction with the content

If you need to return a product, please Contact Us at info@enidkathambi.com with your order details, including the product purchased, order number, purchaser’s name and contact details, the reason for return, and other necessary details of the product you wish to return. We will respond quickly with instructions about how to return the product to us.

In case a refund is warranted, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 – 15 business days of giving the said product to the return shipper.
